Employees who work in an establishment that has a liquor or gaming license are required to obtain a Sheriff's Card (sometimes called a "work card"). There are two type of Sheriffs Cards: Gaming and Non-Gaming.

You can not get a Sheriff's Card voluntarily. After you get hired, your employer will give you a referral paper that has your employer's business license number on it.
