After you complete the alcohol awareness course online, you are required to visit a testing office in-person, show a photo ID, and take a test. After passing the written test you will receive your alcohol awareness card. The state of Nevada *REQUIRES* in-person testing at a state approved testing office located in Nevada. Alcohol awareness cards can NOT be mailed, emailed, or printed from your computer.
